We don’t sell pre-packaged solutions off the shop shelf, like many of our competitors. Rather, we examine each marketing brief on its merits, designing bespoke studies that deliver marketing insights that provide the exact solution to the marketing challenge. Tailor made for you.

How we collect our data

All data is collected digitally, either via mobile phones, or computers. We are not tied to any data collection company, and have vetted the majority of those offering their services locally. Our main data supplier is PSA, a digital panel that has been in existence for many years. We have not found any other supplier who can match their data in terms of validity and reliability. For some studies, we supplement data from the panel with data gathered via CAPI, in order to reach consumer segments that do not have access to the internet on their mobile phones.
